· September 20—Franklin-Simpson HS, Franklin, KY: RHS Warrior Band was selected as Reserve Grand Champions (2nd place) of the contest. Our Guard was selected as Overall Champions and our Drumline finished in 2nd place overall by 1 point! Great Job, Band and Guard!! · September 27—Hixson HS, Hixson, TN: Band, Guard, Field Commander, and Percussion all rated SUPERIOR; Percussion FIRST PLACE IN CLASS 5TH OVERALL, Field Commanders FIRST IN CLASS - 5TH OVERALL, Guard 2ND IN CLASS 4TH OVERALL, BAND 2ND IN CLASS 9TH OVERALL! Way to go, Everyone!!

Detailed information and schedules will be available online and given to students before all competitions. Please help our Uniform Committee by reminding your student how important a uniform look is during competition. Noncompliance negatively affects scoring. We have many problems with socks, hair, bandannas, etc. that are absolutely unacceptable at this point in the marching season. All students know by now what is acceptable and what is not acceptable when in uniform. Please help us help them to do their best for the entire Warrior Band. |
