Senior Spotlight '07 Chelsie Burks
WOW, does time fly or what?  I have been in band since the fifth grade and it has been an experience.  I have had so much fun meeting new people and going on the many band trips we went on.  In the past four years in the Riverdale Warrior Marching Band, I have made lifelong friends and learned to better myself in the world.  To my best friends, you know who you are, I hold you dear to my heart and we must stay in touch.  To my Clarinet section, I will miss the dancing in the stands at the football games and I will also miss the friendships I have made with you these past four years.  I am proud to say that I am in the Class of '07 Riverdale Warrior Marching Band.  Thank you Mr. Meers and Mr. A for all that you have done for me. Wow, time sure flies!  It seems like only yesterday we were bringing you home from the hospital and your big sister was so excited to hold you.  We are so very proud of you.  You have become a beautiful young lady.  I know that we will never have to worry about you because you are a strong and independent woman.  Whatever road you decide to take, you will succeed.  Thank you for bringing so much joy to our lives.  Thank you for always keeping our family laughing and on our toes.  We love you very much and you are a true blessing from God.  We have loved every minute shared with you at RHS.  Please remember things you have learned and use them in your everyday life.  Band has been a part of our lives for a very long time.  It will be a major part of your memories as you reach our age.  Thank you Mr. Meers and Mr. A for helping mold our daughter into a wonderful young lady.

Love,
Dad, Mom, Erika, and Austen
