If you haven't already, don't forget to purchase a Kroger gift card from the band!  This is an easy fundraiser that requires no selling!

We keep up with your card number and when we get a check from Kroger, 4% of your purchases will be added to your child's band account after the band receives $50.00 per family per year.  (We must have $5,000 in "reloads" to receive a check.)  We get monthly reports from Kroger and the year will be from August to August.  You may get and use as many cards as you want (tell all your family and friends) and they will all go to your child's account.  Charge your cards at the check-out or service desk with cash, check, or credit card.  The gift cards may also be used at the pharmacy and gas station.

Dorothy Walker (896-1501), will have these available to purchase at the covered dish dinner and all booster meetings.
KROGER Cares Fundraiser IT'S BUTTERBRAID TIME! The Butterbraid fundraiser will kick-off on Thursday, August 14th. Students will receive order forms during class. $10.00 must be collected for each Butterbraid ordered. All money and orders must be turned in by August 28th. Delivery will be approximately three weeks from the turn in date.

Butterbraids are a frozen pastry product and must remain frozen until ready to cook, so plan your deliveries accordingly.

Butterbraids come in six flavors of cinnamon, apple, cream cheese, blueberry cream cheese, cherry, and Bavarian creme. Each braid feeds 8-10 people.

This is a great way to earn money for your student account - the more Butterbraids sold the higher the profit share for your student!

We will have samples at the covered dish dinner for you to try - yummy!
COVERED DISH Dinner.... Everyone is invited to the annual covered dish dinner on Thursday, August 7th, at 6:30 PM! We will be treated to a performance by our students with a preview of the songs in their show, as well as some stand tunes. The covered dish dinner will immediately follow the performance at around 6:45 PM. After the meal, there will be a brief booster meeting.
The boosters will be providing meat and drinks; sections are asked to bring the following...
GUARD MEMBERS - Salads (tossed, pasta, fruit, potato, congealed)
CLARINETS - Salads (tossed, pasta, fruit, potato, congealed)
WOODWINDS - Desserts (prepare two please)
BRASS - Meat Casserole
PERCUSSION - Vegetable or Vegetable Casserole
We serve around 450 people at this meal, so we need everyone to bring enough to serve their family - plus two! Try to bring your dish in a disposable container with the appropriate disposable serving utensil. Also, make sure your containers are marked if you want them back! Back Next
