For SALE!! The following items will be for sale at the Covered Dish Dinner:

1.   Pre-paid orders for "Show" T-shirt, black with
     "City Sketches" design on back and "R" on the left front
     chest. Cost approximately $8.50.
2.   Pre-paid orders for "Band" T-shirt, black with "R" logo
     design on back and on left front chest. Matches what
     the students will be getting. Cost TBD.
4.   Band Spirit Wear by Kathy Holden to include hoodies,
     polo shirts, and sweatshirts.
6.   Football Season Tickets - $25 for five home games.
7.   Kroger Care Cards - $5 each. BUTTERBRAID Fundraiser COVERED DISH Dinner Everyone is invited to the annual covered dish dinner on Thursday, August 9th, at 6:30 PM! We will get to enjoy a performance by our students with a preview of some of the songs in their show this year, City Sketches , as well as some stand tunes. The covered dish dinner will immediately follow the peformance at around 6:45 PM. After the meal, there will be a brief booster meeting.

The boosters will provide the meat and drinks. Sections are asked to bring the following:

Guard Members - Salads (tossed, pasta, fruit, potato, or congealed)
Clarinets - Salads (tossed, pasta, fruit, potato, or congealed)
Other Woodwinds - Meat Casserole
Brass - Vegetable or Vegetable Casserole
Percussion - Desserts (prepare 2, please)
The Butterbraid fundraiser will kick-off on Tuesday, August 14th. Students will receive the order forms during class. They will need to collect $10 for each Butterbraid ordered and return their orders and money by August 28th. Delivery will be approximately three weeks from the turn in date. Butterbraids are a frozen pastry product and must remain frozen until ready to cook, so you will need to plan your deliveries accordingly. The Butterbraids come in six flavors of cinnamon, apple, cream cheese, cherry, peach, and blueberry cream. Each braid feeds 8-10 people. We will have some samples at the covered dish dinner to try! The band will receive a 50% profit share if we sell 1,500, thereby making the student account credits more. So good luck selling, students!

We serve around 450 people at this meal, so we need everyone to bring enough to feed their family - plus two!! Also, please remember to bring your dish in a disposable container with the appropriate disposable serving utensil. Someone will be in the cafeteria beginning at 6:00 PM to receive food.
