please remember to pick up your serving dish after the meeting.  We can expect 600+ people for dinner, so please prepare enough to feed your family plus 2.  Teenagers can eat a lot and we need everyone to participate.

What to expect:   This is probably our largest and most enjoyable booster meeting of the year.  It is a very relaxed atmosphere and the students tell us they look forward to it every year.  They will also perform some of their show they learned in camp for us.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!

If you are interested in helping with set up or have any questions regarding this event, please call Jennifer Lebechuck 319-4970 or Patti Powell at 962-1737.

THANKS A MILLION!!

Many Thanks go out to the Publix Store #1163, South Rutherford Blvd., and Mr. Rick Smith, Assistant Store Manager, as well as Frank and Patti Powell for their very generous donations to the “Freshman Band Camp Survival Kits”!  With Mr. Smith’s collaboration, Publix donated several items, bags and drink containers, bottles of water and hand sanitizers for each of our new marchers this year.  The Powells donated granola bars and sunscreen for each kit.  The idea for the “Survival Kits” came from Mrs. Powell along with a note attached to each kit reminding each new marcher of ways to stay healthy during the two weeks of Band Camp.  These kits were given to the freshmen and other new members on Wednesday of Music Camp by their “Big Sibs”, the upperclassmen assigned to be their “mentors” for the year.

Be sure and stop in Publix sometime and say thank you to Rick Smith and the staff for all the support they have given our band and give them some support in return!
